Hosting Plans
All of our hosting plans are full-featured and differ only on the resources they include. Please note that clients can move between plans as they see fit -- you are free to start with the smallest plan and upgrade when you decide you need more resources -- the upgrade is automatic and nearly instant.

Please be sure to click the "next" arrow on the final page of the signup process -- a few people have been confused and have closed their browser rather than completing the process on the last step.

These are all shared accounts, and all run on our Linux servers. If you outgrow these plans and need something more, please e-mail or call us for a quote. We do host clients on customized plans, and are equipped to set up VPS, dedicated, or Windows-based accounts for those who need them.
Pricing details:
- Bandwidth is the sum of all traffic, and is determined by parsing the logs nightly. This total differs from the numbers you’ll see in the statistics programs we provide, because these tools look at web traffic but ignore mail and ftp transfers. Please check your control panel for an accurate estimate of your usage.
- Disk space is the sum of all the space your files consume, which includes e-mail and database files. If your average disk usage for the month exceeds the space included in your plan, you will be charged 15 cents per megabyte for the overage. We don't believe in surprises, so e-mails are sent out automatically when you reach 80% of your allocation, and an accurate estimate is always available inside your control panel .
- Requesting a dedicated IP address is a completely automated process you can initiate from your control panel. Dedicated IPs are required for some features (SSL and anonymous/virtual ftp), and each dedicated IP address costs an additional $3 per month.
- All clients can switch between the available Unix plans at will from within their control panel. Differences in price (prorated) will either be credited to your account or calculated automatically and presented for your approval before the change takes place. Once approved, the change upgrade/downgrade is immediate.
Please note: in order to host with us you must sign up with a credit or debit card. This is the only way we can control fraudulent orders by thieves and spammers. Orders will be verified and most go through within a minute, resulting in the immediate creation of your account. It is possible that your order will raise a flag and require manual intervention before your account goes active -- in these cases we will need to call you to verify the order.
