15-day Refund Policy
It's important that you find a web host that offers the features, service level, and price you're looking for.
Due to fraud concerns we can't offer a trial period, but we do offer a 15-day no-questions-asked refund policy to all new users. If you decide our service isn't what you're looking for, then all you need to do is:
- Click Advanced in your control panel
- In the Billing section, choose Money Back
- When the prompt asks you if you really want to cancel, say "Yes" -- note that your account will be destroyed immediately, so any backups you care to make should be performed before you confirm your intent to cancel.
The procedure is automatic, except our software doesn't support crediting the charge back to your credit card. We issue refunds via check, which will be mailed within two business days of your cancellation.
