Support Procedures

Telephone: When in doubt, call us.  We are happy to answer general questions by phone, are thrilled when you alert us to critical issues so we can minimize the outage, and are willing to help out with more difficult tasks on most days. 

Support System: Simply log in to your control panel, click "Support" on the top menu, and enter your ticket.

This is the way we prefer that you request help for non-urgent issues.  This has the following advantages:

  • All tickets are logged, so we can track our response time and work to improve it.
  • Answers to common questions can be entered into a knowledge base, so the next time someone requests help for the same issue you had they can see the response immediately.
  • We can check the support system to know which tutorials need to be built to answer the most common (or most complex) questions.
